As a therapist who was also diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I understand the impact of receiving that diagnosis later in life… and what it feels like to suspect you’re “different”, but not be able to pinpoint exactly how or why.

Therapy with me is warm and welcoming. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable to you, as we work through the places in your life that need and deserve healing.

During your first session, we will discuss your needs in more depth, and come up with some overall goals for your treatment. You will be given space to process some of your concerns, and start to feel seen for who you are and the challenges you face. We will determine the frequency of your sessions and make sure that you feel comfortable moving forward with therapy.
